54mm Confederate Artillery Colonel

I sat down to paint tonight for the first time in 4 months. I bought a bag of plastic soldiers at a thrift shop and this 54mm plastic ACW soldier was part of the mix. So I decided to paint him up as an artillery colonel. I will have to re-hone my painting skills.

19th Century Principality of Huack Royal Army Cavalry Trooper

A bit late in posting but I cast and then painted an ACW 54mm US Cavalry Trooper as Christmas 2006 present for myself. The trooper was cast from Prince August of Ireland molds. I decided, being Christmas and all, to go with a color scheme of my own choosing.
