Welcome to AGSH. A solo-wargaming blog dedicated to my father and the world's most noble hobby; collecting toy soldiers. Here toy soldiers clash in great battles from scales of 3mm to 54mm.

6mm Ancient Battles: Romans vs. Barbarians

Played a mod-podge set of commercial and home rules for this quick battle. I am slowly introducing a coworker to wargaming. His interest is picking up. First to kill 3 elements wins. It was a close game with Rome pulling out the upset.

Initial Deployment

End of first turn movement.

It's been a while since I posted. I didn't think to take more pictures as this was a learning game for us both. The rules are a slight mix of HotT, Brigadier General and 5Core by Nordic Weasel Games. It was a good game to help hammer out the rules.
